10616 Inouetakeshi Takeshi Inoue (b. 1969) is
astronomy curator of Akashi Municipal Planetarium, where he has been engaged in popularizing
astronomy since 1997.
Discovered 1997 Oct. 25 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami.
